Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to subscription services, recurring billing products, auto renewal programs, and other recurring purchase options offered by CLOWERA LLC.

By enrolling in a subscription or recurring purchase option, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscription Services

Certain CLOWERA products or services may be offered through subscription based or recurring billing programs.

Subscription details, billing frequency, pricing, renewal schedules, and applicable discounts will be displayed during checkout before purchase confirmation.

Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected billing schedule unless canceled before the next renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize CLOWERA LLC and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method automatically for future recurring orders until cancellation.

Managing or Canceling Subscriptions

Customers may manage, pause, update, or cancel subscriptions through their customer account when available.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.

Once a recurring order has been processed, it may not be canceled or refunded except where required by applicable law.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, CLOWERA may attempt to reprocess the payment using the payment method on file.

CLOWERA reserves the right to suspend, pause, or cancel subscription services associated with failed or declined payments.

Subscription Changes

CLOWERA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription programs, pricing, product availability, discounts, or billing structures at any time.

Customers will be notified of material subscription related changes where required by applicable law.

Refunds

Subscription charges already processed are generally non refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved at our discretion.

California Auto Renewal Compliance

In accordance with California Automatic Renewal Law, customers enrolling in subscription services acknowledge and agree to recurring billing terms, automatic renewals, cancellation procedures, and recurring charges disclosed during checkout.

Limitation of Liability

CLOWERA LLC shall not be liable for losses, damages, delays, banking fees, overdraft charges, or failed transactions resulting from subscription billing interruptions, payment processor errors, or customer account issues.
