CLOWERA LLC currently ships within the United States only.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, promotions, holidays, product launches, or unforeseen carrier delays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
• Economy Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: when available at checkout

Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, regional delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

CLOWERA is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed shipments may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

CLOWERA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact our support team for assistance.

CLOWERA is not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to use secure delivery locations whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at:

• Clear photos of the packaging and product
• A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 72 hours may not qualify for replacement or refund review.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, CLOWERA ships only within the United States.

International shipping may become available in the future.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed automatically according to the billing schedule selected at checkout.

Customers are responsible for managing subscription addresses and billing information before renewal dates.

CLOWERA is not responsible for orders shipped to outdated or incorrect addresses associated with subscription accounts.

Force Majeure

CLOWERA shall not be held liable for shipping delays, failures, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, transportation interruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or carrier service failures.
